“You are a temple of magic”
Coming into your ‘full power’ is the ultimate dream for all of us. This means that you have the ability to create and bend your reality from the dreams that you strive for. It means having your body, mind and spirit in alignment. Nothing is as satisfying as wanting something and then obtaining it.
I’ll tell you, there is good news and bad news. The good news is that ultimately you get to decide how far you will go. The bad news (and it’s not that bad, I promise) is that you have to actually work for it. BUT there’s more good news- You don’t have to do this alone! There is a whole community of magical, determined people here who want to succeed with you. Communities exist to lift one another up so that you can revel in your victories and to help give you the strength you need to redefine what is you.
Now don’t mistake what this support can do for you: it’s not some kind of a magical spell that will overtake your mind and instantly abolish all your urges to keep doing the same thing you’ve always done. You’ll still want to do whatever it is that you’re trying to teach yourself not to. You’ll still have moments of wondering if you really can achieve what you are wanting. But that’s the difference between true self-mastery and just an image. You really have to work for what you want; there will be good days / hours / minutes and bad ones, but in the end you end up transforming into your ultimate form. You’ll be that badass magical deity-in-human-form that you just knew was inside you all along. And if you didn’t know that person was inside you, then you’ll get to meet someone beyond your wildest dreams.

The Wholeness Challenge is here to guide you. So, what exactly is this and why do it?
It’s called a challenge because you are choosing a new step forward in small ways which can be tough. You’re redefining what is normal for you. That takes time, but darling, it is oh so worth it! Challenging yourself to be who you want to be involves both physical and spiritual transformation. It’s about feeding your body and allowing your soul to enjoy the sweet fruits of your efforts. It’s a practice, which means you’re not going to be perfect, but you’re going to consciously try to do better than you normally do. Imagine yourself as a small child who is learning how to grow and be in control of your environment. Now be your own mama! Be kind, patient, gentle, and firm with yourself. Be the kind of guiding voice you’ve always wished you had.
Remember, you’re receiving guidance so you can learn how to listen to yourself (not just the stream of consciousness in your head kind of self, but your physical self and needs as it connects to your spiritual self and its needs- the real self). This guidance comes from the community of blessed and magical souls who are partnering with your own inner-mama. And yes, guys, you have an inner mama, too. That nurturing, motherly presence that tells you how to take care of yourself. Like when you know you should go to bed instead of staying up to late because you have important shit to do the next day. Or that little voice that tells you it’s DEFINITELY time to do the dishes so you can cook something wholesome and stop spending all your money on garbage fast food. You need to listen to that voice and honor it- because that’s YOU! Then you can come share the good outcomes of that wisdom with the community who will applaud and be inspired by your discipline.

This is all an exercise in becoming. You’re taking an abstract goal and creating a map so you can walk those steps to reach a place of satisfaction. That eternal, delicious, solid contentment of knowing who you are and doing it on purpose (Dolly Parton is in the club, ya’ll).

So now you know what you’re working toward and why you want to do it. But how? It really is simple: by taking care of yourself. It’s sad how we live in a world that ignores so many of our needs in favor of compulsive, temporary satisfactions that help dull the deep-seated ache of unfulfillment. I mean, it really does help distract you from your dissatisfactory (or non-existent) love life, your job you hate, your poor living conditions, and your nearly empty bank account if you can just go grab some tasty, unhealthy food and binge watch Netflix in your pajamas, right? Well of course it does! BUT you are becoming addicted to these things and in the process you are throwing away that happy, powerful being you want to be. Please don’t do that, love!
Not all of us are on the same level! You might have a lot of habits to kick, or you might be doing all the right things but just not feeling that fire. This is where magic comes in. The magic of movement, the spellwork of real food, the delicious power of creating your own environment. These are things that you have to break down into smaller pieces. Look at one thing at a time, make a plan and cast your spell on it! We’ll discuss more about how to do that throughout the challenge. The main point is this: every action you take, everything you put in your body, and everything you surround yourself has a correspondence to your spiritual perception. So, we’re going to work on taking all of that higher.
Throughout this Wholeness Challenge we are going to discuss and share knowledge and secrets regarding food, movement, environmental improvement, confidence exercises, mental growth, and motivation. These are all keys to your personal development. Together we will help you SEIZE YOUR POWER. Just think how beautiful this world could be if we all were working and living at our best levels. Now think about how that will impact your magical practice. Delicious, isn’t it?
