I have too many passions to count. That could be in part to the fact that I'm a triple air sign (Aquarius sun, Gemini moon, Libra rising). Among those passions health, spirituality, music, teaching, farming, history & community are the ones that drive my daily life. And of course, magic. I love to look at every little detail of life in a way that infuses it with the essence of mystery and cosmic power.

I am also the owner of Sage Mountain Alchemy & Artifacts, a beauty and herbal shop dedicated to organic handcrafted wares. I am a practitioner of folk magic for the past 16 years, and love to share those experiences. My journey is ever-evolving and I am eternally grateful for the community that surrounds me! I get so fired up when wonderful souls reach out to me- like Ayodele who has encouraged my to share my passions with all of you! She is on a mission and her drive is absolutely inspiring. I am so honored that she wants me to help lead our beautiful community on this quest for self- metamorphsis.
