Movement encourages breath. You don’t have to run a mile or even do 5 minutes of yoga to harness the power of oxygen exchange (although it helps). You can just try to breathe deeper and slower every time you notice your own breath.

Your breath is like the winds on the planet, it brings purification and makes your body’s natural systems work

All expansive metabolic functions at the cellular level require that you remove toxins and that movement is achieved in the exchange of oxygen / carbon dioxide

Your breath also moves energetic forces (ever notice how aware and clean you feel after a workout, yoga session, or even just a brisk walk?)

That energetic influence that yogis talk about with conscious breathing- it’s a thing. You can actually feel your body starting to function better. This is a result of energies moving through the Chakra system.
