Motivation: Be Your Own Mama

We all have that inner voice that tells us what we should be doing. It's that caring consciousness that reminds you to get more sleep tonight, to take your vitamins & clean your kitchen. This inner voice is the part of you that inherently knows what you need. Practice honoring that motherly part of yourself by listening to her & acting on what you are guided to do.

This voice is a reflection of all the mothers who came before you- it was their love & actions that created a world where you can exist. Whether you were raised by a mother or not, are a mom or have no kids- that doesn't matter. You still have an instinct of love & gentle guidance.

Maybe you can barely hear this voice anymore; years of telling her to hush up or tell you later can do that. It'll take some time & practice to be able to hear her again. So listen to that intuition & use that guidance to be the kind of mother to yourself that you've always wanted. The more acknowledgement & respect you give that part of yourself, the more strength & reward you will find in life. That's awakening the POWER of your ancestors- you got a whole army of spirit behind you if you choose to LISTEN & ACT.
