Pay attention to how much more YOU a good meal / run / stretching session / bubble bath / choice makes you feel. Learn what this feeling is and do it over and over again. Evolve it, make it yours. I mean this is YOU we’re talking about!
You are not just where you live, what you look like, or what people think of you. It is your feelings and experiences that make you. So make it a point to revel in your experiences. Find what gives you that tingly sensation of accomplishment & pleasure. That's yours to own. Of course, you know ultimately if that feeling is obtained in a healthy way, so be sure you gain those experience with your highest interest of mind / body / soul.
